guarantees that the repair performed is to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of substantial completion or date of notice of completion, whichever is the first to occur:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
1. To the vehicle only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner named.
2. To the repair work that has not been subject to acid rain, stone chips or abuse.
3. To the body and paint repair work that has not been modified, altered, or had repair made or attempted by others.
4. That repairer shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective repair at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time.
